| ABSTRACT: | Jaguar Mining Inc. (Jaguar) with the assistance of Deswik Brasil herein provide a Technical Report supporting disclosure of updated Mineral Reserves and Mineral Resources at the Turmalina Mine Complex located in Minas Gerais state, Brazil. This Technical Report conforms to NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. The authors are familiar with the property having regularly visited site over the past three years. All currency in this report is in US dollars (US$) unless otherwise noted. Jaguar is a Canadian mining company listed on the TSX. Jaguar's current gold operations, Turmalina and Caeté, are located in the Iron Quadrangle region, a prolific greenstone belt near the city of Belo Horizonte in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
