| ABSTRACT: | At the request of Ironside Resources Inc (the “Company” or “Ironside”), this Technical Report has been prepared on the Watts Lake Property (the “Property” or “Project”), La Ronge Mining District, Saskatchewan, Canada, to summarize previous work, appraise the exploration potential of the Property, and make recommendations for future work. Access to the Watts Lake Property is by helicopter based in La Ronge, Saskatchewan. The Property is situated approximately 65 kilometers north-northeast of the town of La Ronge and 20 kilometers northwest of the village of Missinipe. The well maintained gravel Provincial Highway 102 runs north from La Ronge, through Missinipe, to Reindeer Lake, and its closest point is approximately 12.5 kilometers east of the Property. The Watts Lake Property consists of twenty-one contiguous mineral dispositions totaling approximately 13,248 hectares (“ha”) that are registered to Ross McElroy, and beneficially owned by Edge Geological Consulting Inc (“Edge”). Through a Letter of Intent (LOI) effectively dated 30 October 2017, Ironside can earn a 100% interest, net of a 2% NSR to Edge. | |
