| ABSTRACT: | International Zeolite Corp. holds a 100% interest in the Sun Group zeolite property, consisting of ten MTO mineral titles. The road accessible property lies 30 kilometres southwest of Princeton, British Columbia, covering an area of 949 hectares. The property is not subject to any royalties other than a royalty that would become due to the provincial government on the commencement of quarrying. The property lie within the Princeton Basin, a northerly trending trough filled by Eocene volcanic rocks of mainly intermediate composition comprising the Cedar Formation and the overlying Allenby Formation, a sedimentary sequence of sandstone, shale, water-lain rhyolite tephra and coal up to 2,000 metres thick, collectively known as the Princeton Group. The target rocks are the water-lain rhyolite tephra, zeolitized in most instances. The mineralization on the Sun Group property is zeolite contained within the Sunday Creek tephra, a zeolitized rhyolite breccia. The tephra is a conformable stratiform body striking 340o to 360o and dipping 13o to 21.5 o to the east, which appears to lie within a small synclinal basin. The vertical thickness of the tephra ranges from 3 metres to 25 metres as indicated by the various drill programs. | |
