ABSTRACT:Geos Mining (“Geos”) and Afzaal Pirzada of Geomap Exploration Inc. (the “authors”) were commissioned by International Lithium Corp (“ILC”), to provide an independent Technical Report (the “Report”) for the Mariana Project (the “Project”) located in Salta Province, Argentina. ILC has a strategic partnership with Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Co. Ltd., China (GFL), which holds 18.1% ownership of ILC. Litio Minera Argentina S.A. (LMA), a joint venture subsidiary is the operator of the project in which GFL holds 80% interest and ILC 20%. The Mariana property is comprised of 13 mining licenses, covering approximately 22,133 hectares’ land over Salar de Llullaillaco, located in Salta Province, Argentina. ILC owns 20% interest in the Property whereas Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Co., Ltd. holds the remaining 80 percent of the project. The property is accessible from the city of Salta through the town of San Antonio de Los Cobres via National Highway 51, and then through Pocitos to Tolar Grande. By road, the distance from Salta to the property is approximately 430 km, which is a driving time of eight to nine hours. ILC has completed four drilling campaigns on the Project since 2010: 7 reverse circulation (RC) holes and 16 cored holes. A total of 2,880 m was drilled on the Project during the last 10 months. A final campaign hole MA17-24 was currently being completed at the effective date of this report. The assessment of brine deposit has been limited to defining Mineral Resources at different levels of certainty, varying from Indicated Resource to Exploration Target, based on the certainty provided by the data collected during fieldwork. Levels of assessment, as linked to data certainty are listed below, covering those areas that fall within the project tenements only.
