| ABSTRACT: | Mariana Lithium Corp. (MLC), a subsidiary of Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Co. Ltd. (Ganfeng), through their project operator Litio Minera Argentina SA (LMA), commissioned Geos Mining to prepare an independent Mineral Resource Estimation (MRE) on the Mariana Lithium Brine Project, located in the Los Andes Department, western Salta Province, Argentina (Figure 1).
