| ABSTRACT: | At the request of Integra Gold Corp. (“Integra”, the “issuer” or the “Company”), InnovExplo Inc. (“InnovExplo”) prepared, in collaboration with a number of specialized consulting firms including Geologica Groupe-Conseil Inc., GeoPointCom Inc., WSP and Amec, a Technical Report (the “Report”) to present and support the results of a resource estimate update for its Lamaque Project (the “Spring 2017 MRE”), specifically an update on its Triangle deposit, along with the results of the updated preliminary economic assessment for the Lamaque Project disclosed on February 27, 2017 (the “2017 PEA”; jointly, the “Project”). As mentioned above, this Technical Report was prepared by InnovExplo to present and support the Spring 2017 MRE update for the Triangle Zone, along with results from a previously disclosed PEA for the Lamaque Project that was completed prior to the current update. The reader should note that the Spring 2017 update for the Triangle Zone is not considered in the 2017 PEA. InnovExplo recommends that Integra continue to advance the project toward prefeasibility. Between late 2009 and end of December 2016, Integra Gold drilled 909 diamond drill holes totalling 351,622 metres on the Lamaque Project (Sigma-Lamaque, Aumaque, Donald, McGregor and Lamaque South projects). Between January 1 and April 10, 2017, Integra completed an additional 120 holes for 27,015 metres on the Lamaque Project (Triangle, No. 4 Plug, and Lamaque Deep). | |
