ABSTRACT:Inca Minerals Limited (Inca or the Company) (ASX code: ICG) has received assays and detailed core logging data for drill hole RDDH-012, the first hole of Phase 1, Part 2 drilling at the Humaspunco Prospect, Riqueza. Results confirm two significant forms of Zn-Ag-Pb mineralisation: a manto/vein intersection averaging 3.83% Zn over 2.6m, 68.7g/t (2.21oz/t) Ag over 3.35m and 3.69% Pb over 3.35m; and a broad zone of veins and veinlets believed to be associated with the Callancocha Structure averaging 1.08% Zn, 24.4g/t Ag and 1.31% Pb over 14.05m from 14.8m (Table 1). Drill hole RDDH-012 was drilled to follow-up on drill holes RDDH-010 and RDDH011 (ASX announcement 1 August 2017), which intersected broad mineralisation associated with the Callancocha Structure. “RDDH-012 was successful in identifying broad Zn-Ag-Pb mineralisation associated with the Callancocha Structure” says Inca’s Managing Director, Mr Ross Brown. “Such mineralisation is believed to be associated with narrow veins and veinlets―perhaps formed as tension gashes that developed as a result of fault movement along the structure.”
