| ABSTRACT: | VANCOUVER, Jan. 18, 2018 /CNW/ - IMPACT Silver Corp. ("IMPACT"or the"Company") is pleased to announce high-gradesilver results fromsurface drillingwhich haveextended mineralization 250msouth at the SanRamonMinein the RoyalMines ofZacualpanDistrict,central Mexico. Thezoneremains open for furtherextension. Three veins ofinterest wereintersected (Inmaculada, Chaparritaand Chaparrita Alto) on the up-dip portion ofthe SanRamonDeeps Zone. Previous mining at SanRamon focused on theInmaculadaand to alesser degreethe Chaparrita. Mine. Levels 2 and 7 have been proposed to extend mining access to this newly defined mineralization. Fred Davidson, CEO, stated, "With these drillresults wecontinueto successfully extend the SanRamonmineralizing systemwhich is largerat depth than near surface. Theseresultsalongwith some historic holes,extends the mineralization 250 meters south ofexistingmine workingsand 200mvertically up-dip representing potentialadditionalmining areas for the SanRamonMine. We havetwo underground drillstationsalmost ready fromwhichwe willtest thefurtherextension ofthezoneto depth and to thesouth." The SanRamonMineis located five kilometers southeast ofIMPACT's 535 tonne per dayGuadalupe processing plant in the RoyalMines of ZacualpanDistrict ofcentralMexico. Itcommenced production in 2005 on the SanRamonZoneand in 2014 on the SanRamonDeeps Zone located to thesouth. The drill holes in this news releaseintersected the up-dip portion ofthe SanRamonDeeps Zoneabovethecurrentmining. In total, mining has occurred on 23 working levels overa vertical distance of 270 meters. The SanRamonDeeps Zone has been largely responsible for the higher silver grades reported by IMPACT's Guadalupe milland accounts for 40%ofIMPACT'scurrent production.
