| ABSTRACT: | Hot Chili Limited (ASX code HCH) (“Hot Chili” or “Company”) is pleased to deliver its third record drill result in a row for the Company at the Cortadera copper-gold porphyry discovery in Chile. The updated drill result for diamond hole CRP0017D has expanded to 596m and adds to a growing list of exceptionally wide copper-gold porphyry discovery drill results, for the Company. The Company is also very pleased to confirm that it has now fully satisfied the first payment toward the 100% acquisition of Cortadera from SCM Carola. The payment of US$3 million to SCM Carola was the second instalment to the first US$5 million payment of the Carola Option Agreement and allows full access to expand the Company’s drilling programme at Cortadera during the remaining two-year option term. Drilling activities have been accelerated and the Company is expecting results shortly from an additional two diamond drill holes targeting the new high grade zone discovered at the largest of Cortadera’s four porphyries discovered to date – Cuerpo 3. | |
