| ABSTRACT: | Helio Resource Corp. (Helio) is a Canadian based junior exploration company, listed on the TSX Venture Exchange with the ticker “HRC”. On Wednesday May 15th, 2019, Helio announced the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Palamina Corp to acquire the Gaban Gold Project and the Tinka Iron Oxide Gold project, both located in Peru. Subsequent to this announcement, Mining Plus was engaged by Helio to prepare a Technical Report aligned to National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) for Gaban (the “Property”). The Property consists of 28 concessions extending over approximately 18,700 hectares. Twenty-two (22) of the concessions are granted the othersix are concession applications. The author is not aware of any reason why concession applications will not be granted. Property concessions form two distinct blocks; the Main Block (concessions and applications) and the Southern Block (applications only). | |
