ABSTRACT:Pursuant to an option agreement with Bear Mountain Gold Mines Ltd. (“BMGM”) dated November 30, 2017 Haro Metals Corp. (“Haro” or the “Company”) acquired an option to earn a 60% interest in an early stage gold exploration project (referred to as the Harrison South Gold Property) located near Agassiz in southwestern British Columbia. The Company can acquire its interest by incurring $500,000 in exploration expenditures and paying $100,000 in cash or shares (at Haro’s election) on or before December 30, 2020. This technical report was prepared by the author at the request of the Board of Directors of Haro Metals Corp. to summarize the technical work that has been completed on the Property and make recommendations for further work. The purpose of this report is in support of an initial public offering on the Canadian Stock Exchange for Haro Metals Corp The Harrison South Gold Property (the “Property”) consists of five densely forested mineral tenures (comprising 716.31 hectares) which cover potential south extensions of a series of intrusion related, stockwork type gold occurrences (referred to as the Harrison Gold Belt) located on the adjoining property. The importance of the Harrison Gold Belt was established during the 1980’s by Abo Oil Corp., Kerr Addison Mines Ltd. and Bema International Resources. Soil geochemical surveys followed up by drilling and limited underground development work partially delineated two, well mineralized stockwork type zones (referred to as the Jenner and Portal Zones) and identified multiple target areas that warrant additional evaluation over a strike length of approximately five kilometers.
