ABSTRACT:Great Boulder Resources Limited [ASX: GBR] is pleased to announce promising results from earlystage exploration undertaken at its Whiteheads Gold Project 60km north of Kalgoorlie. At the Lady Betty prospect, five holes were drilled for 641m with the aim of extending a high-grade shoot with previous drilling intersections such as 7m @ 5.91g/t Au and 3m @ 11.90g/t Au. Results from this drilling include 1m @ 7.51g/t Au from 112m (19LBRC002). This intersection extends the strike of the high-grade structure approximately 65m to the north. At the Seven Leaders prospect, seven holes were drilled for 838m testing strike extensions and continuity of the higher-grade shoot at the southern end of previous drilling. Results include 16m @ 1.13g/t Au from 58m in hole 19SLRC006, including 2m @ 2.53g/t Au from 60m. At the Whiteheads Find prospect, four holes were drilled for 337m targeting two mineralized lode structures featured in contemporary mining reports from the early years of the 20th century. Two holes drilled to the south targeting the east-west “Black Reef” position intersected promising zones of intense quartz veining with accompanying pyrite-pyrrhotite, however there was no significant gold mineralization in either hole. The other two holes were drilled to the west targeting a mineralized contact striking north-northwest. Both holes intersected zones of intense veining, however neither hole appears to have passed through the lithological contact and they may need to be extended or re-drilled at a later date.
