| ABSTRACT: | At the request of Golden Harp Resources Inc. (“Golden Harp”), the author has completed a geological review of the Main Block Property (the “Property”) and prepared this technical report (the “Technical Report”) in compliance with NI 43-101, Companion Policy NI43-101CP, and Form 43-101F1. The author has prepared this report to provide a summary of scientific and technical data on the Property, including historical exploration activities, and has made recommendations concerning future exploration and development of the Property. This Technical Report is based on exploration and Property information supplied to the author by Golden Harp, a review of geological and exploration information available in the public domain, and personal observations made on the Property by the author. The Property is situated 30 km west of Gowganda, Ontario within MacMurchy, Natal, Tyrrell, and Fawcett Townships, located in the Larder Lake Mining Division. The Property is bounded by UTM NAD83 coordinates 17N 484815E to 494475E and 5269785N to 5281573N. The Property consists of 360 mining cell claims approximately 4,841.11 ha in area, as well as 1 leased mining claim that covers an area of approximately 90.91 ha. | |
