| ABSTRACT: | This report was prepared for Golden Dawn Minerals Inc. of Vancouver, BC, Canada (the “Company”) at the request of Mr. Wolf Wiese, President and Chief Executive Officer. Golden Dawn Minerals Inc. (“Golden Dawn”) is a minerals exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “GOM”. The purpose of the report is to provide an updated technical report on the property because significant work has been conducted since the previous report was prepared by Ash (2011). This report is based on data and information compiled by the author from a personal inspection of the property, and from corporate, public and other documents obtained by the author as referenced in the text of this report. The author conducted personal inspections of the Boundary Falls property beginning on August 24, 2015 and at numerous subsequent times until March of 2016. The scope of these inspections was to examine the mineralization and host rock units exposed on the property, and examine evidence of previous exploration development. The personal inspections included close examination of mineralized outcrops and host rocks, collection of GPS measurements of roads, pits, shafts and mine excavations, plus collection of type samples for geochemical analysis. | |
