| ABSTRACT: | Global Minerals Limited (Global Minerals) commissioned Mine Development Associates (MDA) and AGP Mining Consultants Inc. (AGP) to provide an Independent Mineral Resource Estimate and a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA), respectively, for their wholly-owned Strieborná property, near the town of Rožňava in the Gemer region of the Slovak Republic. The Strieborná Project is located at latitude 48°40'29"N and longitude 20°32'31"E (Figure 1-1), 2 km to the north of the centre of the town of Rožňava in the southern foothills of the Spiš-Gemer Ore Mountains (Spišsko-Gemerské Rudohorie, also locally called the Volovské Vrchy), which form the southern part of the Slovak Ore Mountains (Slovenské Rudohorie) of the Western Carpathians. The property is easily accessible from several European centres and/or international airports (Vienna, Bratislava, and Budapest) by paved highways. The nearest airport is Košice International Airport situated 65 km east of Rožňava. | |
