| ABSTRACT: | This Technical Report on the Cobre Panamá Project (the property) has been prepared by Qualified Persons David Gray, Michael Lawlor and Robert Stone of First Quantum Minerals Pty Ltd (FQM, the issuer or the Company). This is the second Technical Report prepared by FQM as an issuer, in relation to the subject property, and follows an initial report filed in July 2015 (FQM, July 2015). The purpose of this Technical Report is to document updated Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve estimates for the property, and to provide a commentary on the current project development status for the Cobre Panamá Project.
