ABSTRACT:This Technical Report presents the resources estimate for the Lac Lamêlée South Iron Property (“the Property”) by Met-Chem that incorporates the results from the latest drill holes completed at the end of 2014, as well as subsequent analyses and laboratory testing. The Property is located in northeastern Quebec near the provincial boundary with Labrador, approximately 50 km southwest of the city of Fermont and 500 km north of the city of Baie-Comeau. The Property is situated approximately 10 km to the NW of ArcelorMittal’s Fire Lake iron mine and 10 km W-SW of the Fire Lake North project of Champion Iron Mines Ltd. (“Champion”). The Property is comprised of 49 claims each of an area of approximately 52.5 ha, for a total of 2,576 hectares, registered to Fancamp Exploration Ltd. as the 100% owner. All the claims are in good standing, with close to $4.7 million of registered excess assessment work. Ten of the original 59 claims were allowed to lapse in May 2016.
