| ABSTRACT: | InnovExplo Inc. (“InnovExplo”) was retained by of Falco Resources Ltd (“Falco” or the “issuer”) to produce a technical report and to update the mineral resource estimate for the Horne 5 deposit on the Falco Property (Québec, Canada). This report has been prepared in accordance with Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 43-101 Respecting Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and its related form 43-101F1. InnovExplo is an independent mining and exploration consulting firm based in Vald’Or (Québec). The report was prepared and compiled by InnovExplo with contributions from BBA Inc. (“BBA”), Golder Associates Ltd (“Golder”) and WSP Canada Inc. (“WSP”). The Falco Property, which has also been called the “Rouyn-Noranda Project” by the issuer, is located in the municipality of Rouyn-Noranda in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue administrative region of Québec, Canada, about 630 km northwest of Montreal. It covers an area of approximately 30 km by 65 km in the townships of Hébécourt, Duparquet, Destor, Montbray, Duprat, Dufresnoy, Cléricy, La Pause, Dasserat, Beauchastel, Rouyn and Joannes. The Horne 5 deposit (the “Horne 5 Project” or the “Project”) on the Falco Property lies within the urban perimeter of the city of Rouyn-Noranda in Rouyn Township, on NTS map sheets 32D-03 and 32D-06. The deposit is immediately adjacent to the historic Horne mine, which was operated by Noranda Inc. from 1926 to 1976, producing approximately 2.5 billion pounds of copper and 11.6 million ounces of gold. | |
