| ABSTRACT: | At the request of Fabled Copper Corp (the “Company” or “Fabled”), this report has been prepared on the ChurchKey Property (the “Property”) to summarize previous work, appraise the exploration potential of the properties comprising the Property, and make recommendations for future work. The author is a “qualified person” within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators. The Property is located in the Liard Mining Division, British Columbia, Canada approximately 170 kilometers west-southwest of Fort Nelson, BC, 50 kilometers southeast of Muncho Lake, BC, and 250 kilometers southeast of Watson Lake, Yukon. The Property comprises forty-four mineral claims in two non-contiguous blocks: the West block comprises six claims and the East block thirty-eight claims, and totals approximately 2,838.51 hectares (“ha”). All forty-four claims are beneficially owned by ChurchKey Mines Inc (“CMI”), a British Columbia corporation having an office in North Vancouver, BC. The claims are registered in the names of J.C.Bot or D.A.Simon, and are secured by Declarations of Trust. Through an Option Agreement between Fabled Copper and Gold Corp (the “Optionee”), which is a subsidiary of Fabled Copper Corp, and ChurchKey Mines Inc (the “Optionor”), Fabled can acquire a 100% interest in the ChurchKey Property. | |
