ABSTRACT:Explaurum Limited (“Explaurum” or the “Company”) (ASX:EXU) is pleased to announce the next batch of results from the resource RC drilling program at the Tampia Gold Project, located 300km east of Perth near the wheat belt township of Narembeen (Figure 1). The commencement of the program was announced on 21 February 2017. A total of 102 RC holes for 14,126m have been completed since then, from a total planned program of 26,200m, which has since been increased to 29,103m. Results have been received from an additional 28 holes to the first 28 holes reported on 12 April 17 (Figure 1). Drill collar details are given in Table 1 and a list of intersections in these holes using a 0.7 g/t Au cut off are given in Table 2. All of the 28 holes are mineralised. Results to date continue to exceed expectations, particularly high grade gold mineralisation intersected from surface to a depth of 120m in the Leicester gold zone. Of the 28 holes with assays returned, 25 holes returned better results than predicted by the gold grade model, 2 holes returned results similar to the gold grade model and 1 hole was worse than predicted by the gold grade model. Comments from John Lawton, Managing Director “This second batch of assay results from the Tampia resource drilling program continue to provide exciting high grade gold results in areas outside the historic resource coverage, particularly in the southern part of the resource area. These results continue to support our geological model over the 1000m x 750m resource area, which is expected to produce a JORC 2012 Measured and Indicated resource in mid-2017.”
