| ABSTRACT: | Explaurum Limited (“Explaurum” or the “Company”) (ASX: EXU) is pleased to announce the first batch of results from the exploration RC drilling program at the Tampia Gold Project, located 300km east of Perth near the wheat belt township of Narembeen (Figure 1). The start of the major 40,000m program was announced on the 2nd of November 2016. Assay results have been received from 10 holes(2,341m) to date, with assays from 6 holes pending (Figure 2). Drill collar details are given in Table 1 and a summary of intersections in these 10 holes are given in Table 2. Seven of the 10 holes assayed so far are mineralized. The results in THRC093 and THRC094 are particularly important as they confirm that gold mineralisation is continuous in the gap between the central and southern zones of gold mineralisation, which is not currently included in the current resource area (Figure 2). THRC097 was planned to test the continuity of the new zone of gold mineralisation found in the western mafic gneiss in the previous program in THRC052. THRC097 was drilled 40m to the north west from THRC052 and intersected high grade gold mineralisation within a broader 20m lower grade halo at a similar depth to the mineralised intercept in THRC052. Structural analysis of the downhole structural data provides confidence that the gold mineralisation is continuous between both holes.
