| ABSTRACT: | SRK Consulting (UK) Ltd (SRK) was requested by Erin Ventures Inc. (Erin or the Company) to prepare an independent technical report according to National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43- 101) guidelines on the Piskanja Borate Project (Piskanja or the Project). The prime reason for this was to present the most up to date Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) available for the Project which was prepared SRK in July 2016. The MRE produced by SRK in 2016 was an update to a previous estimate produced by SRK in November 2013 and reflected a programme of exploration work undertaken during 2015 aimed at tightening the drill hole spacing at Piskanja to an approximate 50m by 50m grid within the central area of the deposit. The aim of this was to improve confidence to the block grade and tonnage estimates and to hopefully both confirm the previous MRE and move some of the mineralisation into a higher confidence classification. The responsible persons for the updated MRE are Dr Mike Armitage and Dr Mikhail Tsypukov (the Authors) who are both Qualified Persons in accordance with the CIM Definition Standards on Mineral Resources and Reserves (CIM Standards). Dr Mikhail Tsypukov most recently visited the Project between 17th and 19th of October 2018. | |
