ABSTRACT:This Technical Report on the La Verde Copper Property (the Property) located in Michoacan, Mexico, includes the current La Verde Project (the Project) and the immediate surrounding land. It has been prepared by AMC Mining Consultants (Canada) Ltd. (AMC) of Vancouver, Canada, on behalf of Equinox Gold Corp. (“Equinox”) and its newly incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary Solaris Copper Inc. (“Solaris”), both of Vancouver, Canada. Equinox also holds all of the shares of Lowell Copper Holdings Inc. (“Lowell Copper”), of Vancouver Canada. This report is an amended version of the 14 October 2014 Technical Report which in turn was an updated version of the report issued effective 30 September 2012 and titled “La Verde Copper Project Michoacán state, Mexico Technical Report” prepared by AMC for Catalyst Copper, and with filing date 3 December 2012. None of the changes made in this amended report materially affect AMC’s opinions or conclusions only the recommendations. The principal amendments have been made in the interest of transparency to show a change in ownership and reduction in claim size. These amendments are reflected in Section 2, 4, and 26 of the report. Other amendments are minor wording changes for clarification. This report has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101), “Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects”, of the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) for lodgement on CSA’s “System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval” (SEDAR).
