| ABSTRACT: | Dragon Mining Limited (ASX:DRA) (“Dragon Mining” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Mineral Resources for the Company’s Nordic projects have been updated, returning a combined total Mineral Resource of 13,630,000 tonnes grading 3.3 g/t gold for 1,438,000 ounces as at 30 September 2017 (Table 1). This represents a 2.28% decrease in tonnes and a 0.35% decrease in ounces after depletion for mining to the 30 September, when compared to the previous update on the 31 December 2016 of 13,948,000 tonnes grading 3.2 g/t gold for 1,443,000 ounces that was announced to the ASX on 28 February 2017 – Mineral Resources Updated for the Nordic Production Centres. The updating of the Mineral Resource estimates were finalised by independent mining consultants RPM Global in Western Australia and Hong Kong, and reported in accordance with the 2012 Edition of the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves. With the completion of the Mineral Resource update, the updating of the Group’s Ore Reserves is now also nearing completion. It includes the full optimisation of the Jokisivu Gold Mine. he Svartliden Production Centre is located in northern Sweden, 700km north of Stockholm and southwest of the world class Skellefte Mining District. | |
