| ABSTRACT: | At the request of District 1 Exploration Corp (the “Company”), this report on the Highway North Property has been prepared to summarize previous work, appraise the exploration potential of the Property, and make recommendations for future work. The Company has also requested the report as supporting documentation for listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”). The single unsurveyed mineral disposition MC00008794 that comprises the Property totals approximately 180.35 hectares (“ha”). The disposition is registered to Doctors Investment Group Ltd. Through an option agreement dated 30 October 2018 the Company has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Highway North Property. The Highway North Property is located in the Northern Mining District, Saskatchewan, Canada, approximately 550 kilometers north-northwest of the city of Saskatoon. The Property straddles Provincial Highway #914, and is approximately 60 kilometers south of the Key Lake Uranium mine. Access to the Property is by helicopter, fixed wing aircraft, or maintained gravel Provincial Highway #914, which runs from the town of La Ronge, located approximately 190 km south-southeast of the Property, to the settlement of Points North Landing approximately 200 km north-northeast. There are regularly scheduled commercial flights from Saskatoon to La Ronge and Points North, where both float planes and helicopters are available for charter. | |
