| ABSTRACT: | Mr. Tracey Meintjes, P.Eng., Ms. Sue Bird, P.Eng., and Mr. Gary Giroux, P.Eng. have prepared an NI 43-101 Technical Report (the Report) on the Wicheeda Project (the Project) for Defense Metals Corp. (Defense Metals). The Wicheeda Project is located in central British Columbia, Canada, and includes a rare-earth element (REE) resource estimate. The Report has been prepared to support listing requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange, and at the request of Defense Metals to summarize historic work on the Project and to make recommendations for further work. The Wicheeda Project is located at Wicheeda Lake approximately 80 km northeast of Prince George and 50 km east of Bear Lake. The Project is situated on BCGS mapsheet 93J.060 and is centred approximately at Latitude 54°31’48”N and Longitude 122°05’12”W. The Project consists of 6 contiguous MTO cell claims that cover approximately 1,708 ha in the Cariboo Mining Division. All of the claims are registered as 100% owned by Spectrum Mining Corp. The claims cover Wicheeda Lake and straddle a segment of Wichcika Creek; the principal area of interest, the Main Zone, is centred 1km south of the lake. Subject to an Option Agreement dated November 22, 2018 (“Option Agreement Effective Date”), Spectrum and its shareholders (collectively the “Vendors”) granted Defense Metals an Option to acquire ownership of the Wicheeda Project | |
