| ABSTRACT: | DGO Gold Limited (DGO) advises that total of 1,338m of RC drilling was completed in nine drill holes at Bryah. The drilling tested airborne electro-magnetic (EM) targets along the axis of a regional anticlinal structure at the interpreted contact of the Juderina Sandstone and Johnson Cairn Formation black shales. Drilling intersected shale units of the Johnson Cairn Formation and no significant gold or base metal mineralisation was encountered in the initial 4m composite sampling of the drill holes. Black shale units appear to be related to the conductive responses in two of the targets tested but no conductive source was evident in the two eastern targets. The drilling demonstrates that the Johnson Cairn Formation is much more extensive and thicker than previously mapped because it is undercover. As a consequence, the drilling has not adequately tested the prospective contact between the Johnson Cairn shales and the underlying Juderina Formation sandstones. | |
