| ABSTRACT: | Crystal Lake Mining Corporation (“Crystal Lake”) commissioned Ronacher McKenzie Geoscience Inc. (“Ronacher McKenzie”) and Lightfoot Geoscience Inc. (“Lightfoot Geoscience”) to prepare an Independent Technical Report (“the report”) in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 -- Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) on Crystal Lake’s Newmont Lake property (“the property”) located in northwestern British Columbia. The purpose of the report is to satisfy filing requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange related to the agreement between Crystal Lake and Romios Gold Resources Inc. (“Romios”), the current owner of the property. As of the effective date of this report, the agreement is subject to regulatory approval. Another purpose of the report is to compile information that will allow Crystal Lake to make informed decisions about exploration in the project area. The main source of information comprised legacy data provided by Crystal Lake. Crystal Lake also provided a compilation of company exploration data provided by Romios including drill hole information, geological maps, geophysical survey data and assessment reports. Historic information and geological literature were obtained from the public domain, dominantly the BC Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources. | |
