ABSTRACT:The GFG Resources (US) Inc. (GFG) Rattlesnake Hills Project (the “Project” or the “Property”) is centrally located within a roughly 1,500 kilometer-long belt of alkalic intrusive complexes that occur along the eastern side of the Rocky Mountains from Montana to New Mexico, several of which are associated with significant gold (Au) deposits. Examples of such deposits analogous to the Rattlesnake Hills Property, with transitional epithermal to porphyry styles of precious metal mineralization include Cripple Creek, CO and Golden Sunlight, MT (Jensen and Barton, 2000). The authors of this report have not visited these deposits and the mineralization referred to may or may not be indicative of the mineralization at the Property that is the subject of this report. There are no National Instrument (NI) 43-101 compliant mineral resources currently defined at the Property. However, four significant zones of alteration and precious metal mineralization have been identified that are associated with Eocene age alkalic intrusions. GFG engaged APEX Geoscience Ltd. (APEX) in May, 2016 to review the geology, history, recent exploration and evaluate the precious metal potential of the Rattlesnake Hills Project located in Natrona County, Wyoming, USA, the results of which are summarized in this Technical Report (the “Report”). GFG along with previous holders of the property within the now consolidated land package have completed various mapping, prospecting, trenching, geophysical surveys and drilling programs at the Property. The Rattlesnake Hills Property is being explored primarily for Alkalic Intrusion-Related Gold and Silver mineralization. The Project is at an intermediate stage of exploration and, in the opinion of the authors, is considered to be a ‘property of merit’ warranting further exploration.
