ABSTRACT:The Marimaca Coro Mining Project is an open pit-mineable copper oxide deposit located 45 Km to the north of Antofagasta, Region II of Chile. In anticipation of the report Coro mandated NCL to visit the properties, estimate the Mineral Resources and compile an independent technical report pursuant to Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 43-101. In December 2016, a team of independent qualified persons, as the term is defined by National Instrument 43-101, visited operations at Marimaca. This technical report summarizes the technical information that is relevant to support the estimation of Mineral Resources pursuant to Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 43-101. The Mineral Resources discussed herein are based on information from 60 core and RC drill holes, stored in a secured central database, and were evaluated using a geostatistical block modelling approach. Separate models were prepared for the Marimaca geological estimation units. Only leachable oxides and mixed material are included in the estimation. NCL reviewed and audited the different sets of sections and produced 3D solids of each estimation geological unit and in the opinion of NCL the resource evaluation reported herein is a reasonable representation of the Mineral Resources found at Marimaca at the current level of sampling. The Mineral Resources have been estimated in conformity with generally accepted CIM Estimation of Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserves Best Practices Guidelines and are reported in accordance with Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 43-101. The technical information on Marimaca attests the high overall quality of the exploration and design work completed by site personnel.
