ABSTRACT:This Technical Report was prepared for Copper Mountain Mining Corporation (CMMC or the Company) by: Stuart E. Collins, an independent Mining Engineer; Peter Holbek, VP Exploration, Mike Westendorf, Mill Manager and Don Strickland, Chief Operating Officer, all part of CMMC. All four are Qualified Persons (QPs) for the preparation of Technical Reports as defined in National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101). This Technical Report on the Copper Mountain Mine (Copper Mountain, CMM, or the mine), located in southern British Columbia, Canada, near the town of Princeton, was completed with the purpose of documenting Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve estimates as of January 1, 2019 including the New Ingerbelle deposit and development thereof. This report also covers a Copper Mountain mill expansion to 45 kt/d. This Technical Report conforms to NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. The Copper Mountain property has a long history of exploration dating back to the 1880s, and production began in 1927. The current operation began mining in August 2011.
