| ABSTRACT: | This technical report is intended to summarise the Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for the Newman Todd Project and has been completed in accordance with NI43-101. The PEA has been completed for Confederation Minerals Ltd., and is based on the Newman Todd Mineral Resource estimate with effective date December 17, 2013. The PEA is considered preliminary in nature. It includes Inferred Mineral Resources that are considered too speculative to have the economic considerations applied that would enable classification as mineral reserves. There is no certainty that the conclusions within the PEA will be realised. Mineral Resources that are not Mineral Reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability. | |
