CP/QP:[Overall Report]: Catherine Pitman (Adiuvare Geology and Engineering Ltd.)
ABSTRACT:This Technical Report is a description of the exploration potential of 21 Grid Units (Exploration Licenses) around the Pasyala-Attanagalla-Urapola areas in Gampaha and Kegalle Districts, and 22 Grid Units in the Mirigama-Botale areas of the Gampaha District of Sri Lanka. These 43 Grids are grouped into five blocks of contiguous Grids, all of which together are referred to as the “Project” throughout the report. These Grids have been selected from the total of 116 Grids for which Sarcon Development (Pvt) Ltd (Sarcon) hold the licenses on behalf of Plumbago Refining Corporation (PRC) B.V. of Curacao, which owns 100% of Sarcon. The report has been prepared by AMC Mining Consultants (Canada) Ltd. (AMC), on behalf of NWest Energy Corporation, (NWest), in regard to a Share Exchange Agreement with PRC and in connection with a reverse takeover listing transaction in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. It has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101), “Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects”, of the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) for lodgement on CSA’s “System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval” (SEDAR). The author reviewed all available information for the 43 Grids and a site inspection was undertaken by the Qualified Person C. Pitman between 27 March 2013 and 3 April 2013. The purpose of this site visit was to verify geological interpretations, outline the geological relationships and confirm the mineralization types, to ensure the AMC inspected outcrop exposure and, where possible, the mine workings within the project area. Confirmation has been given that no additional work has taken place on the Grids since the site visit took place. This report is an update of the original report dated 4 April 2014.
