| ABSTRACT: | This technical report has been prepared at the request of the property operators, Cayenne Capital Corp (“Cayenne Corp” or the “Company”). The writer has been asked to review all data pertaining to the property and to prepare an technical report that describes historical work completed on the property, review the results of prior surveys, and make recommendations for further work, if warranted. In preparing this report, the writer has reviewed the geological, geophysical and geochemical reports, maps and miscellaneous papers listed in the References section. Of particular value are a number of publicly available assessment reports and property files recording work done by previous operators on the Lode Star mineral property. On October 15, 2016, the owner Craig A Lynes, made an agreement to option 100% of the property to Cayenne Exploration Corp subject to a 3% NSR Royalty. This agreement requires payment of $105,000 and issuing a total of 800,000 shares in the capital of; Cayenne Captial Corp., and completing $400,000 worth of exploration work within five years of the listing. Based on the existing targets, it is recommended that a 2 phase work program is implemented. The recommendation for Phase 1 is geological mapping, geochemical sampling, and prospecting in conjunction with electromagnetic and magnetometer geophysical surveys. | |
