ABSTRACT:The writer was retained by the board of directors of Cavenham Gold Corp. (“Cavenham” or the “Company”) to author a geological report on the Agustina property. This report is based on a review of existing geological data, mostly gained from exploration carried out on the property in 2011 and 2012 by Estrella Resources Ltd. Sources of information included all public and private information made available to the author by the Company. The writer has relied on this information in the preparation of the report and believes that the past exploration, including all of the sampling, was done accurately and in a professional manner. All past work reported on in this report was under the direction of a qualified person. The property is located in Region IV of Chile, about 60 kilometres northeast of the city of La Serena. Cavenham has entered into an option agreement on the Agustina property to acquire a 100% interest in the property by making cash payments of $550,000 and by issuing 1,750,000 shares over a three year period. Cavenham Gold Corp. is a private company seeking a public listing on the CSE Venture Exchange by way of a Prospectus Offering. This report is intended to be used for that purpose and has therefore been prepared in accordance with Form 43-101F of National Instrument 43- 101. Headings follow those as suggested in the Form, and no disclosure is provided for inapplicable items. The economic significance of the Agustina property is not implied, established or verified by the author of this report. The author visited the property on March 16, 2018, to assess the geological setting, alteration, and mineralization and to collect representative samples. The author is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and has experience in mineral prospecting and advanced exploration projects in western Canada, Australia, Peru, Chile and China. Recommendations for future exploration work along with a proposed budget are presented herein.
