| ABSTRACT: | Cassini Resources Limited (ASX:CZI) (“Cassini” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide final results from Nebo drilling as part of an 11 hole infill and extension program at Nebo and Babel. Nebo-Babel is within the West Musgrave Project (“WMP” or the “Project”), located in Western Australia and part of a Earnin/JV Agreement with OZ Minerals Limited (ASX:OZL) (“OZ Minerals”). The remaining assays for 3 holes at Nebo have now been received. Results include another excellent outcome from the Sugar Lode, located in the northern “roll-over zone” at Nebo. Hole CZC0163A returned a best result of 7m @ 1.00%Ni, 1.45% Cu, 0.02% Co and 0.93g/t PGE, including 3m @ 1.87% Ni, 1.87% Cu, 0.03% Co and 1.76g/t PGE. The PGE grades in this intersection are particularly promising and some of the highest recorded in the deposit. The Sugar Lode was discovered by Cassini in 2014 and included drill intercepts of 46m @ 0.98% Ni, 0.53% Cu, 0.03% Co and 0.22g/t PGE in hole CZC0053 (not true width) and 7m @ 0.98% Ni, 1.13% Cu, 0.03% Co and 0.30g/t PGE in CZC0024. It remains open to the west and east and is a priority for exploration due to the high-grade nature of mineralisation and the minimal amount of drill testing to date. These results add to the exploration target at the open eastern extension of the host intrusion as demonstrated in CZC0166 with 3m @ 1.80% Ni, 0.21% Cu, 0.06% Co & 0.21g/t PGE, outlined in ASX release on 8 June 2017 (Figure 1). | |
