| ABSTRACT: | n January 2020, Mr. Lavallière retained InnovExplo Inc. (“InnovExplo”) to produce a mineral resource estimate for the North and South Gold Corridors on the Property (the “North and South MRE”), and to collaborate with GéoPointCom on a 43-101 technical report (the “Technical Report”) to present and support the combined mineral resource estimates for the Central, North and South gold corridors (the “2020 MRE”). In September 2019, Gaétan Lavallière, Vice-President of Cartier Resources Inc. (“Cartier”, the “Company” or the “issuer”), retained GéoPointCom to produce a maiden mineral resource estimate for the Central Gold Corridor (the “Central MRE”) on the Chimo Mine Property (the “Property” or the “Project”) and a supporting technical report prepared in accordance with Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 43-101 Respecting Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101” or “43-101”) and Form 43-101F1. Christian D'Amours (P.Geo.), President of GéoPointCom, is the independent qualified person (“QP”), as defined by NI 43-101, for the Central MRE.
