ABSTRACT:In March 2018, Carnavale Resources Limited (“Carnavale” or “Company”) acquired 100% of the Grey Dam Ni-Co Project, located approximately 80km east of Kalgoorlie, in Western Australia (Figure 1). The project is considered prospective for shallow laterite Ni-Co deeper Ni-Cu-Co sulphide and structurally controlled gold deposits. The Grey Dam Project has an existing 2004 JORC Mineral Resource, defined in 2009 by a previous owner and recent drilling by the Company has infilled this mineralisation to enable the Company to undertake a new resource estimation to JORC 2012 standard. The project also has a second laterite Ni-Co target and is also considered prospective for deeper Ni-Co-Cu sulphide mineralisation. RC Drilling confirms substantial shallow laterite Ni-Co mineralisation Carnavale is pleased to advise the confirmation of significant zones of shallow and broad domains of nickel and cobalt laterite hosted mineralisation based on the positive new RC drilling program at Grey Dam. The RC drilling programme comprised of 82 vertical holes for a total advance of 5,095m to a maximum depth of 72m. The aim of the drilling was to infill the existing earlier anomalous drilling with the new holes drilled to nominal 50m spacing on sections 100m apart within the existing mineralised zones. The historical resource was classified as Inferred Resource category and this new drilling aims to improve the resource classification in most of the resource area.
