| ABSTRACT: | The updated Mineral Resource (2012 JORC compliant) for Caravel Minerals Ltd’s (“Caravel” or the “Company”) Caravel Copper Project incorporates new assays received for 5 drill holes at the Bindi Deposit recently reported (see ASX announcements dated 20th February and 6th March 2019). The April 2019 Resource estimation was carried out by resource consultancy Trepanier Pty Ltd, resulting in an update to the estimation of Indicated and Inferred Resources at the Caravel Copper Project. The revised Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource estimate at a 0.25% Cu cut‐off is presented by Table 1 below.
