| ABSTRACT: | Sears, Barry & Associates Limited (SBA) has been retained by Santa Rosa Silver Mining Corp. (Santa Rosa Corp.) and Canuc Resources Corporation (Canuc) to carry out a technical review and prepare an independent report (Report) on the San Javier Project (Project). Santa Rosa Corp. is a private company and Canuc is a TSX-V listed company with the trading symbol CDA. This Report is prepared in compliance with guidelines prescribed by National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, Form 43-101F1 and Companion Policy NI 43-101CP of the Canadian Securities Administrators. This Report on the San Javier Project is to be used by Santa Rosa Corp. and Canuc to comply with regulatory requirements for a proposed Reverse Takeover of Santa Rosa Corp. (target company) by Canuc (TSX-V issuer). The relationship between Sears, Barry & Associates Limited and both Santa Rosa Corp. and Canuc is a professional relationship between an independent consultant and two clients. This report is prepared in return for fees that are standard commercial rates and the payment of these fees is not contingent on the results or recommendations in this report. This Report is designed to summarize the scientific and technical data available for the San Javier Project and to make recommendations for a work program to advance the exploration and possible development of the Project. | |
