| ABSTRACT: | This technical report was originally prepared for Goldgroup Mining Inc. (“Goldgroup”). It has been re-addressed to Candelaria Mining Corp. (“Candelaria”). On December 24, 2014, Molimentales Del Noroeste, S.A. de C.V. (“Molimentales”) acquired 100% of the Caballo Blanco Gold Project, which is the subject of this report, from Goldgroup pursuant to an asset purchase agreement. Pursuant to an asset purchase agreement dated May 11, 2016, Molimentales’ interest in the Caballo Blanco Gold Project was acquired by Grupo Minero Candelaria, S.A.P.I. de C.V., a subsidiary of Candelaria. At the request of Candelaria, the report has been readdressed to Candelaria in order to support its own disclosure. All information in this report is effective as of the effective date, May 7, 2012, and the re-addressed report does not contain any new information. A typographic error on the footer date on some pages was also corrected. | |
