ABSTRACT:Canadian Zeolite Corp. holds the Bromley Creek zeolite property, consisting of six map claims and Mineral Lease 380929. The road accessible property lies 9 kilometres southwest of Princeton, British Columbia, covering and area of 1,144.5 hectares. The property is subject to a royalty of $1.50 per tonne to Gordon Webster, the original property vendor. In addition, there is a royalty attached to quarry on the mining lease payable to the provincial government of $2.25 per tonne over 10,000 tonnes. The mining lease (tenure 380929) was granted December 15, 2000 for a 30 year period and has an annual rental payment of $616 due on the anniversary of the grant date. The drill program identified a drill measured resource of 332,218 tonnes and drill indicated resource of 214,310 tonnes within a tested area of 200 metres of strike length and 90 metres of width. Sampling indicated an average Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC) value of 100 based on the weighted average of 100 core samples. Since the 1990’s, testing has shown the Bromley Creek zeolite meets, or is testing stages to meet, the requirements for several commercial applications. These applications include: lighter weight downhole cementing systems, ammonia reduction and odor reduction in composting treatment of animal wastes, municipal composting and odor control, animal feed additives, installation of artificial turf, forestry soil remediation and growth enhancement, agricultural yield and health enhancement, and ammonia reduction in egg production. There is sufficient drill measured and indicated resources to meet the needs of Canadian Zeolite Corp. for the foreseeable future. Therefore, the author does not feel any further exploration is required at this time.
