ABSTRACT:This updated 2020 Preliminary Feasibility Study has been commissioned by, and completed for, Canadian Premium Sand Inc. (CPS, or the Company); a publicly traded company with its corporate headquarters in Calgary, AB, Canada. CPS is proposing to explore and develop a high-grade silica sand extraction project in southeastern Manitoba, Canada. CPS’s flagship sand project is called the Wanipigow Sand Project and is being explored as a source of silica sand for use in a variety of markets such as tight oil and gas hydraulic fracturing operations and the glass manufacturing industry. The Wanipigow silica sand is hosted within a mature, well-rounded and quartzose sand-dominated portion of the Ordovician Winnipeg Formation of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin. During 2019, resource/reserved estimations as part of a Preliminary Feasibility Study were completed by the same authorship group as the authors of this report. Since the 2019 Technical Report, the Wanipigow Property’s land position has changed due to a Government of Manitoba decision that the Province maintains a single Quarry Lease for municipal aggregate use
