| ABSTRACT: | July 27, 2016, Vancouver, British Columbia – Canadian International Minerals Inc. (the “Company”) (CIN – TSX Venture) advises that pursuant to a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, the report entitled “Technical Report, Sturgeon Lake Li-K-B-Br-Ca-Mg-Na Oilfield Brine Inferred Mineral Resource, Leduc Property, West-Central Alberta” dated January 22, 2016, as filed on SEDAR January 25, 2016 (the “Report”), does not comply with National Instrument 43-101. Additionally, the mineral resources stated in the Report are not supported by a compliant National Instrument 43-101 technical report and should not be relied upon until they can be supported by a compliant technical report. The Company anticipates filing an amended NI 43-101 compliant report in the future dependent on successful lithium recovery testing and studies. | |
