| ABSTRACT: | This Technical Report presents a summation of all current relevant information for the MAX Molybdenum Mine Property (MAX Mine) near Revelstoke, British Columbia. The property was a relatively recent producer, with approximately 400,000 t mined and processed on site between 2008 and 2011 by a previous operator. Despite this history, the MAX Mine is not considered an “Advanced Property” by CIM and NI 43-101 definitions, as it does not have (a) mineral reserves, or (b) mineral resources the potential economic viability of which is supported by a current preliminary economic assessment, a pre-feasibility study or a feasibility study. As such, all information regarding the MAX Mine property contained in this report is historic in nature and must be accepted as such. | |
