ABSTRACT:Cameo Cobalt Corp. (“Cameo”) is exploring the Big Mac Property (the “Property”) for gold, silver and base metals. The Property is located in northwestern British Columbia near such past producers as the Eskay Creek and SNIP mines, and is at an early stage of exploration, with no mineral resources, past production or drilling. Cameo contracted the author to prepare this technical report to support a planned transaction spinning out the Big Mac Property into a new company, as well as to provide a better understanding of the Property’s exploration potential. The Property consists of 11 mineral tenures covering 9170.8 hectares in two claims blocks (“East Block” and “West Block”) separated by approximately 3 to 4 kms across the Forrest Kerr Creek valley. The claims are located on Crown Land in British Columbia, and legally accessible without additional permits. The claims are registered in the name of owner Forrest Kerr Resources Inc. (“Forrest”). Cameo acquired a 100% interest in the claims, subject to a 2% net smelter royalty, by the acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Forrest through the issuance of 4,000,000 common shares of Cameo to the Forrest shareholders. The Big Mac Property is located near the northwestern edge of the Stikine terrane, with the West Block occurring within the Paleozoic Stikine Assemblage and intrusive granitoids, and the East Block dominated by Middle Jurassic pillow basalts of the Hazelton Group that accumulated within the Eskay rift. The regionally significant north-south trending Forrest Kerr Fault occurs near the west
