| ABSTRACT: | Callinex Mines Inc. (Callinex) is a publicly listed and Canadian registered base metal exploration company that is actively exploring and developing base metal (lead, zinc, copper) and gold deposits in Manitoba, New Brunswick and Newfoundland. The Superjack (formerly “Nepisiguit”) Property (the Property) is located in the Bathurst Mining District in Northumberland County, New Brunswick; approximately 34 km southwest of Bathurst along route 430, and approximately 14 km southwest of the Xstrata Brunswick Mine and Concentrator. The mineral claim block for the Property is located on North American Topographic System (NTS) map sheet 21O/08E at latitude 47°23' N and longitude 66°05' W. Tetra Tech Inc. (Tetra Tech) was retained by Callinex to produce a NI 43-101 technical report on the Superjack Project (the Project or Property). The current report re-addresses and updates a previous technical report completed for the Nepisiguit Project by Tetra Tech, dated May 31, 2012. The purpose of the report reflects the recent acquisition of the Project from SLAM Exploration Ltd. (SLAM) (refer to Callinex News Release dated May 18, 2016) by Callinex. No material work has taken place on the Property since the previous report and mineral resources have not been updated as part of the current study.
