| ABSTRACT: | Tetra Tech Inc (Tetra Tech) was contracted by Callinex Mines Inc. (Callinex) to prepare a technical report for the Point Leamington Zn-Au-Ag-Cu Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) Project (the Project), located in north-central Newfoundland. Callinex is a Vancouver, British Columbia-based company trading on the TSXV under the symbol CNX. Callinex has executed a purchase agreement for the Project with Newmarket Gold Inc (Newmarket), dated May 16, 2016. Pursuant to the agreement, Callinex will acquire a 100% interest in the Project and a 263 ha mining lease from Newmarket. This report includes an independent assessment of the technical merits of the Point Leamington deposit and makes recommendations for continued exploration and/or development on the Property. Tetra Tech recently prepared a technical report and resource estimate for the Project on behalf of Newmarket (then Raystar Capital Ltd) with an effective date of July 4, 2013. The purpose of the current report is to provide minor updates and re-address the 2013 report in Callinex’s name in order that they may comply with public disclosure requirements. It is Tetra Tech’s understanding that no material work has taken place on the Project since the effective date of the last technical report. | |
