| ABSTRACT: | VANCOUVER, April 4, 2018 /CNW/ - CallinexMines Inc. (the"Company"or"Callinex") (TSX-V:CNX; OTCQX:CLLXF) is pleased to announcefinal drillresults where 13 of 15 reported drill holes intersected significantzinc mineralization ("ZnEq.")at the Company's 100%owned NashCreek Project located within the Bathurst MiningDistrict ofNewBrunswick (See Figures 1 and 2). The drill holes werecompleted to test forextensions ofmineralization along the margins ofthe NashCreek Deposit whilealso confirming historic drill holescompleted at the Hickey Zone during the 1970s With finalresults nowreceived, Callinex anticipatesannouncing an updated NI 43-101 mineralresourceestimate within 15 days, subject the completion oftheresource model byTetra Tech Inc. The updated mineralresourceestimate willincludean additional 59 drill holescompleted in 2017 thatmaterially expanded thesize ofthe NashCreek Deposit to the north, where mineralization remains open forexpansion. The 2016 mineralresourceestimatefor the NashCreek Depositestimatesa near surfaceindicated resourcetotaling 712 million pounds ZnEq. and inferred resourcetotaling 88 million pounds ofZnEq. (See Table 2). The Company's Superjack Project hostsan additional near-surface inferred resourcetotaling 328 million pounds ofZnEq. in the Bathurst MiningDistrict (See Table 2) | |
