| ABSTRACT: | The Nash Creek Property (Property) is located in Restigouche County in northeast New Brunswick and is situated approximately 45 kilometres (km) northwest of Bathurst and 105 km northwest of Miramichi. The Property covers three mineral claim groups known as Nash Creek, Nash Creek East Extension, and Mitchell Settlement. Callinex has retained Tetra Tech Inc. (Tetra Tech) to produce a NI 43-101 technical report for the Nash Creek Property. Wardrop Engineering Inc. (now Tetra Tech) previously completed a technical report and mineral resource estimate for the Property, dated March 27, 2009. Callinex recently acquired 100% ownership in the Project from SLAM Exploration Ltd. (SLAM) (refer to Callinex News Release dated May 18, 2016) and the purpose of the current report is to update and re-address the previous work. The information contained in the original report has been reviewed, amended where necessary, and re-issued under responsibility of new Qualified Persons. There are no known material changes which have occurred on the property since the previous report; however, the mineral resource estimates from the previous report have been updated to reflect current pricing assumptions, additional specific gravity data, and a re-interpretation of the mineralized solids. The effective date of this report is August 22nd , 2016. | |
